Questions
Everything you'd probably ask.
And if it's not here, just ask — there's a real person on the other end.
Is this actually free?
Yes. No trial, no credit card, no plan that quietly stops working. Pick a template, fill in your business, and the site is yours. Full story on the Is It Really Free? page.
What do I actually own?
A live link you can share immediately, and a full download of the real HTML/CSS/JS/images behind it. Host it yourself, hand it to a developer, or just keep using the free link — it's genuinely yours either way.
How do I edit my site?
On editor-enabled themes, click any text or photo right on the page to change it — no code, saves instantly. Look for the "Edit My Site" button after you build.
Can I use my own photos?
The free picker is a curated stock library. Sending in real photos of your own crew and work is a Pro feature — we review and add them for you, rather than opening uploads to everyone.
What does Pro actually include?
Google submission & SEO, your own .com domain, real photos of your work, monthly change tickets, and a real person to talk to — $5/mo (+a one-time $15 setup) or $50/year. Full breakdown on the Pro page.
Do I need a domain and hosting?
Not for the free link — that's already live. If you download your files to self-host, you'll need both; see the step-by-step walkthrough, or let Pro handle it for you.
Will I show up on Google?
Not automatically — nobody's site does. Getting found takes submitting a sitemap, a Google Business Profile, and ongoing work. Pro handles the submission & optimization side of that for you.
Can I cancel Pro?
Anytime, from your account page — it opens Stripe's billing portal directly. Cancelling stops future renewals; your free site and link keep working either way.
I lost my site link — help?
If you never made an account, sites are tracked by a cookie in the browser you built it in — check My Sites there first. Making a free account saves everything permanently, even across devices.
Do you sell my info?
No. Read the plain-English Privacy Policy — no data brokers, no ad networks.
Who's actually behind this?
One person, not a company with a call center. Read the About page for the whole story.
Still stuck?
Reply to any email we've sent you — a real person reads every message, not a support queue.
